CORONAOVIRUS

Practice Prevention

Lincoln County Power is asking our customers to practice prevention in the face of the Covid-19 virus pandemic. Although, our work force is healthy and not at high-risk, a potential quarantine of any of our line workers could affect our ability to operate efficiently.
Please help us protect the electric service reliability in Lincoln County by using alternative methods other than visiting our business locations for new services, payments, and questions for the next 30 days. We ask that customers refrain from visiting our offices and work sites unless necessary.
You can call us to arrange service connections and disconnects at 1-775-728-8200 extension 0. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. To make payments for electric service, we have multiple payment platforms available. You can mail in payments, use our local drop boxes, our online portal or pay by phone.
Payment drop boxes are located on North Fourth Street in Panaca, at Main Street by PPU office in Pioche, across from the fire station in Eagle Valley, and at the community center in Rachel.
To make payments online or to download our mobile app visit us online at www.lcpd1.com. To pay by phone call 1-844-241-0258.
